Spares and Returns

We adhere to The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations.

These regulations outline your rights regarding using our services. Before contacting us, please make yourself aware of these regulations.

All new and second-user parts we sell have embedded information that cannot be tampered with or removed. High definition photographs are recorded of all spares prior to being dispatched. If a part has been tampered with or worked upon without our prior consent all guarantees will be considered void.

If you have not diagnosed your fault correctly and a known good part is damaged as a result we will not refund or replace.

Some parts and components can be damaged by static discharge, it is your responsibility to ensure that these components or parts are installed and handled in the correct manner.

We will not be held liable for any damage to equipment or persons attempting a repair regardless of experience, competence or knowledge. Please be aware that you attempt repair of your equipment at your own risk. If in doubt please seek the services of a reputable engineer.

All parts carry a 90 day guarantee against being defective. If, after fitting, the part fails as a result of a further failing in the equipment the guarantee becomes void.

You have seven days from receipt of the part to notify us of a "Dead on Delivery" item. After seven days it will be assumed the part has been fitted and is working correctly. Once fitted and working the part must fail for a legitimate reason associated directly with the part for a guarantee claim to be successful. In this instance we will require information on the failing of the equipment and the symptoms of failure. Some information we require might be technical in nature. Please be sure you are capable of providing us with this information if asked to do so.

Postage and packing costs are the buyer's responsibility in all transactions. Under no circumstances will postage and packaging charges be refunded or returned. You will be responsible for returning the part via recorded delivery, the same is required for European and international deliveries.

A copy of the original receipt must be enclosed with all returned parts. Parcels received with no documentation enclosed will be disposed of and no refund issued.

All working parts returned will be subject to a 33% restocking charge. This will be deducted from any refund amount. We reserve the right to test and examine all parts returned to determine their condition and issue refunds accordingly.

For a guarantee claim to be considered the part must be returned to us in the requested manner.

All guarantee claims will be considered but please be aware that due to the complexity of the parts and respective equipment we reserve the right to decline a refund in part or in whole. The final decision will be made by us and this decision will be considered final.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Price comparisons will be made net of taxes, gratuities, service charges, early departure fees, postage and packing, or other fees and incidental charges. If we verify the availability and eligibility of the lower price in accordance with our terms and conditions we will match that price.
